Saigon Capital Restaurant: Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in Westminster

This has to be the best Bung Bo Hue I have eaten so far. The highlight was the broth, it was rich and has the distinct bung mam flavor. It was not to salty or bland but rather the correct seasoning. They had the fish sauce with thai chili on the side that goes great with the soup. There was a good plate of vegetable including a good portion of banana flower. Only thing is some of the meat was a little overcooked so they don't have that bite but if younlove soft meat that is falling off bone then you love their meat. Wish I took a picture to show how good the bowl looked.

Tried Cô Ba Bún Bò and was impressed! The bún bò is flavorful with a clean, aromatic broth that’s naturally sweet — not oily or heavy. The highlight is their homemade chả Huế, which is fresh, firm, and super tasty. A great spot if you’re craving authentic, comforting Vietnamese flavors.

My boyfriend ate breakfast here and was pleasantly surprised that their sizzling skillet items were a delight for breakfast items. The inside was clean with nice decor. The staff was very friendly and fast service. I had the sizzling eggs, pate, and sausage. It was very hot when brought out but that is what makes the sausage and paste (Cha) soft and easy to chew. I liked to dip the bread with the sauce within the skillet. I also had their popular Lychee Lemon juice, it was really good. My boyfriend really liked his beef stew egg skillet and bread. The beef was tender and went well with the eggs, potato, carrots, etc. We will be back to try their famous Bún Bò Huế for sure

This is a small strip mall restaurant on Bolsa and a short walk from Asian Garden at the heart of Westminster's Little Saigon. Outstanding banh xeo. Ask for rice paper if you want to wrap it. Older woman/owner was friendly and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be back when we are in Westminster again.

This is one of those VN dishes that it’s easy to make but not easy to make it well. This place does it well from the taste point. I gave it a four because of the presentation. Otherwise it’s a hidden gem for bung bo hue among a sea of restaurants around that area. I will try other dishes next time with more people. It looks good.

I enjoyed the authentic food here. Banh Xeo was excellently crispy and filled with fresh shrimp and pork. Bò lúc lắc with tender, juicy beef served on watercress salad was my favorite. The fried rice was gourmet! Those who want soft foods would enjoy fried rice or Bò kho. Did I mention that the kids loved the fries?

Their best dish is the soft shelled crab pancake. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Very tasty and portion is large, best for 2 people. We had fried chicken wings, excellent as well. Fried pork belly was good but a bit salty. Overall a good place to have their specialty, banh xeo. Can't go wrong.
